Dr. Mahmoud Yaghoubi holds a Ph.D. degree in Medical Lab Sciences, specializing in microbiology. With 25 years of experience, he has established himself as an expert in managing major hospitals across the country. His expertise extends to the design, commissioning, and operation of medical centers, with his involvement in the establishment of approximately 40 medical centers to date. In 2009, he took the helm of Aramesh Complex, which is built on the core values of honest customer service, building customer trust, fostering teamwork, and promoting social responsibility.

Dr. Yaghoubi's speciality lies in laboratory management. He has comprehensive knowledge of Quality Management (9000, 14000, and 18000 ISO series), Training Management (ISO 10015), Negotiation Techniques & Emotional Intelligence, Strategic Management & Process Management, Internal Audits & External Audits, as well as RCA, FMEA, BSC, EFQM, and Six Sigma methodologies.
