Professor of General Surgery
Professor Karamollah Toolabi, Head of laparoscopic and general surgery ward at Imam khomeini Hospital, is one of the pioneers of laparoscopic surgery in Iran. During his years of activity, Prof. Toolabi has played an important role in the education and development of laparoscopic surgery in Iran. As an example, we can mention the establishment of the annual international Congress on advanced laparoscopy and Bariatric surgery in Iran. Many advanced laparoscopic surgeries in Iran have been performed for the first time by Prof. Toolabi.
