Dr. Seyed Hassan Mahdavi Shahri is an accomplished Interventional Cardiologist with an impressive career spanning 34 years. He completed his Cardiology Fellowship in Adult Cardiovascular Interventions (Interventional Cardiology) from Tehran University of Medical Sciences between 1990 and 1993, acquiring specialized skills in advanced cardiac procedures.

For three years, from 1999 to 2009, Dr. Mahdavi Shahri served as the Head of a first-class clinic, overseeing its operations and providing high-quality cardiac care. During this time, he also held the position of Head of the Angiography Department at Besat Hospital from 1999 to 2018, exhibiting his expertise in cardiac angiography procedures.

Concurrently, from 2014 to 2019, he assumed the role of Head of the Angiography Department at Tehranpars Private Hospital, contributing significantly to the hospital's cardiology services. Additionally, he has been the Head of the Angiography Department at Chamran Hospital since 2013 and is currently serving in the same capacity at Moheb Mehr Hospital since 2021.

Dr. Seyed Hassan Mahdavi Shahri's dedication to cardiac care extends to Bazarganan Hospital, where he holds the esteemed position of Head of the Cardiology Department. Moreover, he has served as the Director of the Cardiology Department at the Army University for two years, adding to his remarkable leadership experience.

Throughout his career, Dr. Mahdavi Shahri has been actively involved in coronary angiography, with an impressive average of 1,500 to 2,000 cases annually, as well as coronary angioplasty, performing around 700 cases each year. His expertise also extends to non-cardiac angiography procedures, including carotid and peripheral angiography, with approximately 200 cases conducted annually. Additionally, he has successfully performed 100 arterial angioplasties of the foot and 50 complex chronic total occlusions (CTO) angioplasties each year.

Dr. Seyed Hassan Mahdavi Shahri pursued his medical education at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. In 1988, he earned his degree as a General Practitioner, followed by the completion of his Cardiologist qualification in 1997. He furthered his skills and knowledge by undertaking the Iran International Cardiology Fellowship at Imam Khomeini Hospital in Tehran in 1999.

With his wealth of experience and exceptional expertise in interventional cardiology, Dr. Mahdavi Shahri continues to contribute significantly to the field of cardiac medicine, ensuring excellent care for his patients.
